You do not have to be in the Philippines to apply for a job in the UAE. If you are already working abroad as a helper, a nanny or a caregiver, you can move here once your current contract allows it.

Finish your current contract properly
This is the part that matters most, and it is the part people get wrong.
Leave your current job the correct way. Serve your notice, get your release or your final papers, and make sure your exit from that country is recorded properly. A clean exit is what makes the next country straightforward.
If you leave without completing the process, you may face a ban, a fine, or a record that follows you into your next application. Sorting that out later costs far more time than doing it correctly the first time.
Check what your own government requires
Every sending country has its own rules for citizens taking work abroad, and those rules change.
For Filipino workers this means going through the proper channel and holding the correct clearance before you travel. Nepali, Indonesian and Myanmar nationals each have their own requirements, and in some periods deployment is restricted.
Message us with your nationality and where you are now, and we will tell you the current position rather than guessing at it. If a route is closed, we will say so.
How long the move takes
Timing depends on where you are and what papers you hold:

Experience abroad works in your favour. A worker with several years in another household usually places at the upper end of the range.
Driver positions require a valid UAE driving licence. A licence from another country is not enough on its own.
Your salary is paid into a bank account in your own name.

The video is optional. It helps a family get to know you before deciding, and it is shown only to families considering you for a position. It is never published anywhere. If you would rather not send one, say so and we will continue without it.
Before you commit to anything
You never pay a recruitment fee. The employer covers the visa, the ticket and the medical test. An office that asks you for money is not one you want.
Get the contract in writing before you leave your current country. Do not resign from a job on the strength of a WhatsApp promise. Ask to see the salary and the role written down.
Keep your passport. Do not surrender your original to anyone before a contract is signed.
Do not travel on a visit visa expecting to fix it later. Anyone who tells you to do this is putting you at risk of a fine, a ban, and a job with no protection behind it.
