If you worked in the UAE before and travelled home, coming back is often easier than starting from nothing. You already know the country, the work and often the language, and families value that.
This article explains the two ways back and what each one needs.
Two different situations
You still hold a valid re-entry permit. Your previous employment ended but your paperwork allows you to return within a set period. This is the faster route.
Your visa has expired or was cancelled. You are treated as a new applicant, but your previous UAE experience still counts strongly in your favour when a family is choosing.

Your previous exit matters
Before anything else, be honest with us about how your last job ended.
If you left properly, with your visa cancelled and your exit recorded, the way back is straightforward.
If there were unpaid fines, an unresolved case, or an exit that was never completed correctly, that has to be settled through the proper authorities before you can be employed again. We cannot work around it, and neither can any other office. Anyone who tells you they can is selling you a problem, not a solution.
The right places for that are the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and your own country's embassy or consulate in the UAE. Both handle these cases regularly.

A return with valid papers is usually a matter of days rather than weeks.

Returning workers usually place at the upper end of a range. Previous UAE experience is the single thing families ask about most.
Driver positions require a valid UAE driving licence. If yours expired while you were away, tell us — it affects which positions we can offer you.
Your salary is paid into a bank account in your own name.

The video is optional and is only shown to families considering you for a position. It is never published anywhere.
Before you travel back
You never pay a recruitment fee. Returning does not change this. The employer covers the visa and the ticket.
Get the new contract in writing before you fly. A previous good experience in the UAE is not a reason to skip this step. Your new employer is a different household with different terms.
Complete your own country's exit process again. Every departure needs its own clearance. Having done it once before does not carry over.
Do not return on a visit visa expecting to convert it. This is the most common mistake returning workers make, and it is the one that causes fines and bans.
